Rules for authors
Requirements for authors:
The Editorial Team accepts previously unpublished articles on the scientific directions of the journal. The article is submitted in electronic format (in formats.doc, .docx, .rtf) ONLY by downloading it through the functionality of the journal's website (Open Journal System).
Font size – 12 (abstract, keywords, literature - 10, table text – 10), font – Times New Roman, alignment – text width, spacing – single, paragraph indentation – 0.8 cm, margins: upper and lower – 2 cm, left and right – 2 cm.
Figures, tables, graphs, diagrams, etc. are presented directly in the text with the indication of numbering and title (For example, Fig. 1 – The name of the figure). The number of figures, tables, graphs and diagrams should not exceed 20% of the total volume of the article. Each figure, graph, table is accompanied by an indication of the source (Source: stat.gov.kz or Source: compiled by the author). Formulas and symbols are executed in Microsoft Equation and Microsoft Word format, numbered, and references to them are given in the text.
The volume of the article (excluding the title, information about the authors, annotation, keywords, bibliographic list) should be at least 3,000 words and not exceed 5,000 words.
The authors must NECESSARILY indicate in the cover letter in the system that the submitted article/manuscript has not been published anywhere before, and that there are no borrowed text fragments from other works in the article without references to them.
The order of payment and the cost for the publication of the article is made by the author after approval by external reviewers and the scientific editor.
The structure of the article (use a TEMPLATE to design the article):
- The first line is the UDC number, MRNTI, alignment – on the left edge, font – bold. MRNTI is determined on the website www.grnti.ru .
- The title of the article (Title) should reflect the essence and content of the article and attract the reader's attention. The optimal length of the title is 5-9 words. The title of the article should be presented in Russian, Kazakh and English. The title of the article is presented in bold in lowercase letters, the alignment is centered.
- Author(s) of the article – with the indication of the first and last name, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work, city, country, contact phone number, email – in Russian, Kazakh and English. Information about the authors is presented in the usual font in lowercase letters, the alignment is centered.
- The abstract of 150-300 words in Russian, Kazakh and English should give a brief and clear description of the problem, purpose, methods and main results of the research.
- Keywords/phrases – 3-5 in number in Russian, Kazakh and English. Keywords can be nouns, proper names, names, phrases. Adjectives and sentences cannot be keywords.

- The introductionconsists of the following main elements:Justification of the choice of topic; relevance of the topic or problem. Definition of the object, subject, goals, objectives, methods, approaches, hypotheses and the meaning of your work. The purpose of the study is related to the proof of the thesis, that is, the presentation of the subject of the study in the aspect chosen by the author.
- Materials and methods of research– should consist of a description of the materials and the progress of the work, as well as a full description of the methods used.The characteristic or description of the research material includes its presentation in qualitative and quantitative terms. The characteristic of the material is one of the factors determining the reliability of the conclusions and methods of research.
The scientific methodology should include:
- research question(s);
- proposed hypothesis (thesis);
- stages of research;
- research methods;
- the results of the study.
- The Results and Discussion section provides an analysis and discussion of the research results you have obtained. Conclusions are drawn based on the results obtained during the study, the main essence is revealed. And this is one of the most important sections of the article. It is necessary to analyze the results of their work and discuss the relevant results in comparison with previous works, analyses and conclusions.
- Conclusions– generalization and summing up of the work at this stage; confirmation of the truth of the statement put forward by the author, and the author's conclusion about the change of scientific knowledge taking into account the results obtained.
- List of used literaturethe list consists of at least 15 titles of literature. If there are works presented in Cyrillic in the list of references, it is necessary to submit the list of references in two versions: the first – in the original, the second – in the Romanized alphabet (transliteration).
The romanized list of references should look like this: author(s) (transliteration - http://www.translit.ru ) → (year in parentheses)→the title of the article in the transliterated version [translation of the title of the article into English in square brackets], the name of the Russian–language source (transliteration, or English title - if any), output data with designations in English.
The style of the list of references in Russian and Kazakh according to GOST 7.1-2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation" (requirement for publications included in the COXON list).
The style of design of the Romanized list of literature, as well as sources in English (another foreign) language for socio-humanitarian directions - American Psychological Association (http://www.apastyle.org /).
- The bibliographic list should contain the fundamental and most relevant works published by well-known foreign authors and researchers on the topic of the article.
- References to the cited works in the text are given in parentheses, indicating the first author of the work, year of publication: page number(s). For example, (Elkonin D.B. 2012: 19).
- You can also use the Mendeley Reference Manager tool to design bibliographic references
- Abbreviations and shortenings, with the exception of well-known ones, must be deciphered at the first use in the text.
- The text of the article should be carefully checked for grammar, style and punctuation. Articles that do not meet the technical requirements are returned for revision
